INSURANCE & CLAIMS
Insurance & Claims
Do you work with my insurance?
Yes! We work with all insurance companies. We guide you from claim to completion and communicate directly with your adjuster on supplements, parts approvals, and repair procedures.
Do I have to use the body shop my insurer recommends (DRP)?
No. You choose your shop. Under Florida law, you have the right to select any licensed repair facility. We can work directly with your insurance regardless of which shop they recommend.
How do I start a claim with you?
You can use our contact form and upload photos for a fast preliminary estimate, call us at (954) 792-8514, or visit our Davie location at 4375 SW 60th Ave. We’ll confirm coverage details and contact your adjuster directly.
What documents or info do you need?
Claim number and vehicle information. We handle the rest — we coordinate supplements, parts approvals, and repair procedures directly with your insurance carrier.
TIMELINES & PROCESS
Repair Process & Timelines
How long will collision repairs take?
It varies by severity and parts availability. We set expectations up front and provide regular status updates throughout the process.
What happens during the estimate and teardown?
We inspect visible damage first. After teardown we often find hidden issues — we document everything and get insurer approval before proceeding.
Do you calibrate ADAS safety sensors?
Yes. After structural and body work, we perform ADAS calibration (cameras, radar, sensors) per OEM specifications to ensure your safety systems function properly.
Can you match my paint exactly?
Yes. Computerized color-matching and factory-grade refinishing — we back our finish with a lifetime paint warranty.
Do you use OEM parts?
We advocate for OEM procedures and parts wherever safety, fit, or finish requires them. Insurance approvals and vehicle age may affect availability.
COSTS & WARRANTY
Costs, Payment & Warranty
How much will it cost?
We provide a written estimate. Final cost can change after teardown and insurer approvals (supplements). Insurance typically covers most of the cost minus your deductible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Insurance payments, major credit cards, and ACH. Deductibles are due at vehicle pickup.
What is covered by warranty?
1 year parts and labor warranty and 1 year paint workmanship warranty on refinishing. We stand behind every repair we perform.
